Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team

We kicked off the Five Behaviors in December ’17 and just three months in I cannot believe the transformation we have seen! I can now proudly say we are a team! We have embraced the Five elements and have already seen improvements in every aspect. The level of trust amongst us is at an all-time high, we have healthy conflict and debate, there is a sense of ownership and all round commitment to the team, we have started assigning tasks and holding each other accountable for delivery. We have defined and become united around a common purpose and we now have clear, strategic priorities for the department. I now look forward to our team meetings, they’re fun and productive.

Bonnie’s skill, knowledge and encouragement have been fundamental in our transformation. We could never have done this without her. The Five Behaviors program is a great tool to develop any team and with the right facilitator and 100% commitment from the team it’s incredibly powerful.
