About Bonnie H. Reiner

What makes Bonnie stand out in the training industry?  Those who have used her services say it is her passion, ability to connect, and well-honed communication skills.   For over 13 years, Bonnie has worked with top companies designing and delivering customized training programs that serve to energize workers and create a workplace environment that nurtures employee motivation and focus.

Bonnie has worked all over the country for a variety of industries, including real estate, hospitality, healthcare, and telemarketing. She has also trained salespeople for inbound and outbound telemarketing. 

Bonnie’s seminars and workshops have received high  praise from clients who turned to her for improved staff performance, increased customer satisfaction, and reduced job turnover.

Prior to founding BHR Training, Bonnie was the Director of Training for Doral Arrowwood, the nations premier conference center. While in this position, Bonnie conceived, designed, and managed Doral University - the first in-house training program for all managers and staff. Bonnie worked with 400 employees and managers, and helped them gain valuable skills in leadership, supervision, and interpersonal communication.

Bonnie has a degree in marketing management from Siena College and is a certified facilitation trainer from Rollins College. Bonnie is certified to Facilitate DiSC programs and assessments; Achieve Global/Zenger Miller Leadership modules, and is a Vital Learning Affilitate.  Presently she is completing the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) Human Performance Improvement Program.  Bonnie is also a member of the New York City Hotel Association, The South Shore Chamber of Commerce, and the American Society for Training and Development.

In order to serve clients well in an ever-changing marketplace, Bonnie keeps her skills sharp by continually taking classes, webinars, and workshops.
